Cancellation Policy & Pace of Play Expectations

We accept cancellations and player reductions until 5:00 PM the day before you play.   By accepting the reservation, you are agreeing that your credit card will be charged a no show fee equal to the green fee charge for the time you reserved and the number of players we held for you.  However, cancellations due to rain are accepted on the day of play.  Just make sure it is raining here.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your designated tee time.  Late arrivals are not guaranteed a position on the course, but will be placed on a wait list for an available time.  You and your guests should check in using your tee time and last name.  If you cannot honor your reservation you must cancel the time or reduce players by 5:00 PM the day before you play or your credit card will be charged.  

We have instituted a variety of measures to monitor and control the pace of play.   We expect that your golf round will take no more than 4 ½ hours or less to play and by making this reservation you are agreeing to cooperate with our staff and our pace of play program.
