Professional Golf Instruction A key to any person's game is a session with a golf instructor. Whether you are just getting started or are a seasoned pro, our resident PGA Class A Golf Professional, Bob Travers can improve your game! Bob was awarded "2006 Teacher of the Year" by the Massachusetts Chapter of the New England PGA. Golf Lessons  Private    1/2 hour  -  $ 55.00    Series of 4  -  $ 200.00  Semi-Private  -  (2 people)    3/4 hour  -  $ 100.00    Series of 4  -  $ 360.00  Semi-Private - (3 people)    3/4 hour - $110.00    Series of 4 - $390.00  Beginner Group - (4 - 6 people)    1 hour  -  Series of 4    $ 140.00 per person  Junior - (under 18 yrs of age)    1/2 hour  -  $ 40.00 Through the City of Newton's Parks and Recreation Department, we offer group lessons for seniors at discount prices. Please call 617-552-7120. During the weeks of summer vacation, junior group lessons are held for anyone under 18 years of age on Monday mornings.  These lessons are free and are a great way to get kids started at playing golf!
