2011 Ladies League League begins Mon, May 2nd, Tues, May 3rd and Wed May 4th

Welcome to the 2011 Season at Newton Commonwealth Golf Course!

We will be offering each group from 2010 the same tee time for 2011.  If you would like to change groups and or times please make a note of this on your application with an approximate time.  If you need a reminder of last years teams and times check out www.sterlinggolf.com.  All new league participants must give a day and approximate time; we will fill you in accordingly. 

Please include a check for a total of $350 for your league payment and inner club dues and send it to Newton Commonwealth GC, ATTN Albie Bargoot, 212 Kenrick Street, Newton, MA 02458 or go to: http://sterlinggolf.bizland.com/store/index.html.  If you pay online please make note of what day and time you wish to play.  Please check out www.sterlinggolf.com for an updated schedule of your tee time. 

Rain checks will be issued according to the weather.  If the weather is terrible all day the league will be canceled by 3:00 p.m. the day of play.  If there is a chance of rain or thunder, then the decision will be made by the first tee time.  If there is rain earlier in the day and it stops prior to the league we will not cancel the league.  Rain checks are not given if you choose not to show up for your league time. You may give your spot to someone else if you know that you will be unable to play.  All rain checks will be added to your account in the form of credits to be used for golf or merchandise. 

Credits issued for 2011 ladies league must be used by December 1^st, 2011.  These credits can NOT be used for gift cards or 2012 ladies league payments or any other items.  By signing up for the 2011 ladies league you acknowledge SGM’s rain check and league credit policy. 

I encourage all groups to have substitute players incase they are not available to play on certain weeks.  Also, you may split the season with another if interested.  I would request everyone’s email so I may contact them about rainouts etc. 

A tee time will be assigned to you/your group for the entire season.  Applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis, based on a postmark.  Deadline for sign up and changes is March 15^th.  Read and complete the enclosed form.
