Golf Strength, Conditioning
and Fitness Classes!
Be a fitter, stronger, better golfer in 2010!
Don’t
let the winter months prevent you from becoming a better golfer. Beginning
in January, Newton Commonwealth is pleased to offer group fitness classes,
designed to improve your fitness as well as your game.
Join
fitness expert Peter Lavelle and your fellow members (or bring your own
friends!) for these one-hour classes, filled with fun and results-driven
exercises that will tone and strengthen your core, improve your flexibility,
and target the muscles that a quality golf technique requires.
Classes
are suitable for all fitness abilities.
Class takes place at Newton Commonwealth
starting Tuesday, January 12th and Saturday, January 16th
every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.00am. Advance sign-up required; $45 per
class.
Minimum 5 people per class.

Lavelle is a nationally-certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness
Instructor. Co-Founder of Ultimate Bootcamp LLC, Peter has worked with
sports-specific clients for more than a decade, and is a well-known fitness
expert in health clubs and media outlets throughout Greater Boston.
